Internal Limestone Flooring Across Four Levels - Approximately 550m², Richmond London

 

Details:

We are thrilled to showcase one of our greatest achievements! Our team stepped in during the final phase when the main tiling couldn't meet the client's high expectations. With expertise and precision, we raked out and elevated all joints, executing an diamond cut across three levels while sealing the floors. Spanning around 550m², we also tackled diamond cutting three bathrooms, two fireplaces, resolved kitchen worktop challenges, and installed new stone for missing elements. Details:

Following a fire in the lower ground floor swimming pool, an exciting full house refurbishment was needed in Kensington! We took charge of the stone restoration ahead of the main contractor's work. Our talented team diamond cut and polished all floors and staircases across four levels. Plus, we tackled several historical repairs, seamlessly matching the stone to beautifully replace the removed column bases!

Details:

We excitedly removed the old kitchen to make way for a fabulous new installation! The floor had seen better days, with marks, scratches, and dirt from years of use. Before the new kitchen was set to shine, we enthusiastically diamond-cut the floors in the kitchen, dining room, and powder room. Luxury Private Residential Ground Floor Five Year Annual Contract, Kent

Internal Carrara Marble, Keston, Kent

 

Details:

We're excited to share a five-year annual contract where we tackled some challenges by movement in the subbase of a new single-store extension, leading to lipping of tiles and grout cracking. We expertly removed sections of the stunning black Nero Marquina border, reset the stone, and diamond cut the entire floor to perfection! To ensure safety, we added a special anti slip treatment. Plus, we rejuvenated the front porch with repairs to the beautiful Nero Assoluto Granite, fixed the blown mitres, and even tackled a small rust stain on the garage floor. The whole project covered an impressive area of around 180m²!

Luxury Refurbishment Honed Floor

Details:

The renovation of a former British prime minister's residence was underway, and excitement was in the air! Just when it seemed everything set, a last-minute request came in to switch the floor from a polished finish to a sleek honed finish. Thanks to the team's quick thinking and, the project was completed on time, leaving the client absolutely delighted!

Floor Deep Clean and Seal, Richmond on Thames

 

Details:

This gorgeous property was in need of a fabulous floor makeover to shine like new again! We rolled up our sleeves and gave the entire ground and lower ground floors a chemical wash, scrub, and clean, finishing off with two fabulous coats of sealer. The limestone kitchen top got a special treat with diamond cutting and sealing to banish any pesky acid etching. Victorian Tiled Hallway

 

Details:

We were thrilled to be called in to assess the floor when we noticed the tiles lifting from the sub-base! Upon inspection, discovered that the tiles were directly bonded to plywood sheets without the right priming. Excited to make things right, we decided to completely replace the floor with new tiles that match the original design. After carefully removing the old tiles, we prepared the floor properly and installed the new tiles in the same stunning pattern. This project turned out beautifully, and we couldn’t be prouder!

Ladbroke Hall, Edwardian Baroque style Grade II Listed

Welcome to Ladroke Hall, a stunning Grade II Listed building designed in the magnificent Edwardian Baroque style! Built in 1903 as the headquarters the iconic Sunbeam Talbot Motor Company, this historical building was one of Britain’s very first purpose-built car factories. Inside, you'll find two expansive areas that were vibrant car showrooms, alongside elegant offices and a beautifully panelled directors’ suite. Today, this incredible space serves as a dynamic photo and film studio! Thanks to recent renovations by MGS Restoration Ltd, which included revitalizing the main marble floor in studio 3 and extensive Terrazzo restoration in Studios 1 & 2, we’re thrilled to announce that the studio is now host to an amazing art gallery and exhibitions! Studio 3 boasts a breathtaking white marble floor with a striking black keystone pattern and borders. We carefully replaced damaged tiles with custom-cut pieces, refreshed the entire floor with new grout, and then diamond cut the surface for a perfectly smooth finish before polishing it to a delightful medium shine! Plus, we expertly diamond cut two staircases, making repairs and adding new riser sections. Studios 1 & 2 feature the stunning Balconies in Terrazzo. We tackled a major repair on a severely damaged staircase and skillfully filled cracks historical wear with color-matched resin before polishing floor to perfection. The main floor is currently covered with a raised floor, exciting plans are underway for its Terrazzo restoration. Total area: 529 m². Click the photos for a closer look!

Details:

We are excited to present our recent project as part of the comprehensive refurbishment of the building! Our team took on the challenge of restoring the limestone floor, which involved intricate diamond cutting, followed by a thorough cleaning and sealing process. This was necessary due to discoloration that occurred after a water leak from the boiler. We paid special attention to ensure that no chemicals contaminated the pool water during our work, prioritizing safety and cleanliness to adhere to health and safety regulations, we utilized machinery that operated a 110-volt system. We are proud to say that the final result exceeded expectations and absolutely stunning!

Revitalizing Internal Limestone Floors Hours!

 

Details:

This luxurious jewelry shop, situated in the vibrant heart of New Bond Street,, was in need of some tender loving care for its flooring. The limestone floors had become worn and dirty over time, featuring some minor hairline cracks that detracted from their elegance. To address, our team took action after business hours, working diligently clean, seal, and repair the cracks, ultimately restoring the floor to its former glory and making it shine like it was brand new!

Details:

The new owners were eager to rejuvenate their space, a thorough cleaning, buffing, and sealing of the existing hallway and kitchen floors to bring back their shine. We were thrilled to take on the challenge of supplying materials, crafting templates, and installing brand-new for the two cupboards left by the previous owners, creating a stunning and polished look that truly elevates their home!
