Professional Chemical Cleaning
MGS provides a professional cleaning service for all property types. Our complimentary quotation service enables us to customize each project to meet our clients' needs. We utilize a specialized non-abrasive chemical process with large machinery that removes old sealant, grease, and dirt. This restores the stone's original color, after which we thoroughly seal it for handover to the client.
Additionally we will supply all operation and maintenance manuals and conduct a comprehensive walk-through on how to care for the stone moving forward.

Terrazzo
We provide a complete Terrazzo Restoration service. Our offerings include diamond refinishing on honed surfaces with an r9 slip rating, achieving a polished high-shine finish plus a Crystal Sheen Coating. We specialize in chip and crack repairs utilizing color-matched chippings and polyester resin adhesives.

Our services extend to staircase diamond cutting, including repairs and the replacement of matching Venetian mosaics. We also offer chemical deep cleaning followed by eco-friendly, water-based sealing.
Bespoke Template, Manufacture and installation of tiles, panels or worktops. Select from over 300 colors sourced directly from Italy through our extensive network of suppliers.
Main Contractor Works
In our collaborations with primary contractors on major projects, we engage our own onsite managers to ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations. This includes conducting thorough risk assessments and adhering to site safety protocols and PPE.
We maintain consistent communication with the main contractor, providing regular progress updates while dedicated to delivering our work with the highest standards of, efficiency, and safety.

Health and Safety
We place a strong emphasis on health and safety. our onsite managers are certified with a Level 3 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace and are trained in first aid. We are also partnered with Safe Contractor, which certifies our approval for all work.
Prior to commencing any project, we ensure that all Risk Assessment and Method (RAMS) and Control of Substances Hazardous to HealthCOSHH) documentation are completed in advance. Furthermore, we conduct internal random onsite inspections to guarantee compliance with both our clients' and our own health and safety policies.
Report Assessment Writing
We provide comprehensive written reports and evaluations on damaged flooring to facilitate planning applications on grade-listed buildings.

A significant project includes our assessment of the Terrazzo floor at the prestigious Serpentine Bar and Kitchen, situated by the river in Hyde Park, London, which was prepared for The Royal Parks to secure planning approval.
Additionally we have produced a detailed visual inspection report for the Terrazzo of the Turkish Spa rooms at the Mount Baths in Northampton among various other works.
Insurance Works
We engage in collaboration with loss adjusters, structural surveyors, and main contractors to ensure that all-related restoration projects adhere to budget and timeline constraints. Our process involves regular meetings, site inspections, and a steadfast commitment health and safety standards. Additionally, we offer comprehensive guidance on protection and stone care, as well as maintenance contracts following project completion.
Aftercare
Our team of skilled stonemasons is equipped to advise current cleaning contractors on the most effective methods and materials protecting floors from dirt and debris while other tradespeople are. It is vital to utilize a breathable protective covering that allows moisture evaporate safely from the stone. Employing protection can result in sweating, staining, or the transfer cordex ridge lines onto the stone surface.
As part of our Aftercare Service, we provide all clients with Operation & guidelines to help preserve the stone's appearance over time. We are available to conduct a walk-through on proper care techniques for maintenance. Furthermore, we offer comprehensive services utilizing our large floor cleaning machines prior the arrival of the final cleaning teams, alongside tailored maintenance contracts customized to meet each client's specific needs.
